Approaching Bullying Differently
The Certification Course for Professionals
Learn to analyze bullying from a completely new perspective and develop tailored solutions.
Today, (cyber)bullying is widespread in schools.
Many teachers find themselves caught off guard by this issue in their classrooms.
More and more counselors and coaches are also encountering it when working with children or parents.

Bullying is not child’s play and should never be downplayed.
What may seem harmless from the outside is often a nightmare for those affected.
The consequences can be severe, including declining academic performance, psychosomatic symptoms, sleep disorders, social withdrawal, depression, and even suicidal thoughts.
However, not every one of these symptoms necessarily means that a child is being bullied.
The fact that many affected students do not seek help out of fear that the situation might worsen is not unfounded. Not every measure is effective in addressing bullying—some can even exacerbate the situation.
Therefore, a great deal of sensitivity is required to address and resolve bullying situations effectively.
Perhaps in your work as a teacher, child and youth coach, learning coach, counselor, or parent educator, you have already encountered the topic of bullying multiple times and have felt uncertain about how to respond.

I am a bullying expert and have worked as a teacher for many years. That’s why I understand how stressful bullying can be in schools—for everyone involved.
Over the years, I have developed a structured approach that allows me to analyze each situation individually and recommend the right measures.
If you’re looking for a one-size-fits-all solution to bullying, I’m not the right person—because my experience has shown that such an approach simply doesn’t work.
Bullying makes people sick—and often leaves traumatic scars!
You can do something about it!
After the training, you will know:
- How to distinguish bullying from a conflict, understanding that every case is different.
- What should never be done in bullying situations to avoid making things worse.
- Why sanctions and direct confrontation can escalate the situation instead of resolving it.
- Why there is no single “one-size-fits-all” solution, and how to apply a variety of effective methods.
- How to respond appropriately in different bullying scenarios to ensure effective intervention.
- What preventive measures can help create a school environment that discourages bullying.
