For professionals

Tackling bullying professionally

Do you work with children, young people, families or schools and want to understand bullying and cyberbullying in more depth? In the H.A.B.A.360® training programme you learn to design prevention, counsel in bullying cases and support schools.

What it’s about

Bringing knowledge to where children live

For many years I supported bullying cases in schools myself and counselled families. This made one thing clear to me: lasting change happens when the people on site can act with confidence. That is why today I mainly train professionals.

My approach looks at the whole system: the child affected, the group and its dynamics, the families, the school and the attitude of the adults. It is rooted in Alfred Adler’s Individual Psychology and combines research with practice.

“The training convinced me with its high quality and practical relevance: the online format fitted well into my daily life and, thanks to the professional facilitation, offered plenty of room for exchange with the expert and the other participants. What I found particularly valuable was the in-depth work on the definition of bullying, the concept of microaggressions and the importance of status in groups. I am taking away many new insights that will flow directly into my practice and the development of my bullying project.”
